Improved user flow to release application versions
Previously, applications were published through the “Marketplace” page in the Creator, leading to challenges in visibility and managing the lifecycle of applications.
To address these issues, we have introduced the following enhancements:
- The Marketplace appearance is now optional, providing flexibility for applications that are provided directly to customers (confidential visibility) to make all necessary changes in the new Settings area.
- The send-to-review flow has been migrated from the „Marketplace“ to „Versions“. This streamlines the process of submitting applications for review, making it more intuitive and efficient.
- We’ve introduced a dedicated send-to-review page to increase transparency of the submission process.
- Additionally, the “Unpublish application” feature has been migrated from the “Marketplace” to the “Settings” page, offering users a clearer and more centralized location for managing the lifecycle of their applications.
