New project export feature
As announced earlier this year, we are providing a JSON-based export of your entire project, including all historical data, only for the obligation to provide long-term proof.
This includes the following:
- Project meta data (Name, organization, etc.)
- Settings: (Primary resource configuration, notifications and members)
- Activities / Events
- Vehicles & Equipment (Groups, attributes, attribute sets)
- Bookings & Tasks
- External links of all resources
- Changelog for
- Vehicles, vehicle attribute (sets), vehicle groups, vehicle bookings
- Equipment, equipment attribute (sets)
- Tasks
- Files & directories
- External links
- Meta data of files (File, folder names, size)
Files itself are not included!
To export your project:
- Open your Organization
- Navigate to the Projects list
- Choose the project you wish to export
- Open the … at the end of the table
- Click Export
