"You have been added to a new application" not working

When a colleague added me to an application that he had created in the Provider Portal (on pantaris.io as well as pantaris-latest.de), I received an email with a link to his application. However, when opening that link, a browser window opens, I get logged in (if a session is not already open), and then an empty “Pantaris Portal” page with a spinner is displayed. From there I get stuck, no progress is shown.

Even if I open the Provider Portal independent from that invitation email, I don’t see any new applications from the other team member.

Hey, please make sure your collegue adds you with the email, which you are using. Alias of email-addresses are not supported. You can see your email in your profile. This one should match the one, in the email.

Indeed, it works with the “real” Email address
